Additional Information

Early pregnancy, or even the season of trying to conceive, often comes with big questions and important decisions long before you feel ready to make them. This 2-hour in-person class is designed to give you a grounded, supportive starting point so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. In this class, I walk through the early decisions that can shape your pregnancy and birth experience, including: -How to choose a pregnancy care provider that aligns with your values -Understanding local birthplace options and what questions to ask early -Exploring support options, including doulas and childbirth education -Common myths versus evidence-based information -How early planning can reduce overwhelm later on This class is informational, non-judgmental, and discussion-based. You do not need prior knowledge, a birth plan, or firm preferences to attend. My goal is to help you understand your options so you can make informed choices when the time feels right for you. This class is designed for the parent planning to give birth. One support person is welcome to attend. It is also open to couples who are trying to conceive and want to plan ahead. If you are feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or simply want trusted, local guidance early on, this class offers a calm and supportive place to begin.
