This class takes place in the comfort of your home. If that’s not an option, a friend or family member’s home can work just as well. I can teach in any environment that has a wall outlet and either WiFi or cell phone service. I bring all the supplies with me. You're also welcome to invite any other support people, like parents, in-laws, or sisters, especially if they'll be part of your birth team.
This class may fulfill the education requirements of the Mercy Birthing Center, but I recommend confirming with them if this is the only class you can fit into your schedule.
Due to its limited availability, it's best to reach out early to secure your spot! I recommend scheduling this class no later than 37 weeks of pregnancy. While many suggest taking childbirth classes no earlier than 27 weeks, rest assured that even if you take this class earlier in your pregnancy, Birth Guidance classes are designed to be memorable and impactful. The inclusion of the workbook and online student portal access ensures you'll have all the resources you need to remember and apply what you've learned, regardless of when you take the class. This is what makes a Birth Guidance class truly unique!
Your home must be within 25 miles of my group class location:
